Just wanted to let everyone know, Dustin and I are still thinking of ideas and ways to get his petition noticed and any legal assistance sent his way. We always appreciate any advice and prayers you can send to him and his family. As you can imagine his heart hurts the most for not being able to be a father. Of course, the lonliness of prison life is also depressing. I would encourage anyone with some time to drop him a note or card in the mail or through his jpay account. Life does get busy and even I have neglected to keep up with coorespondance to let him know what we are doing. Thankfully he is very proactive and has a family who has never given up on him and his innocence. Let’s keep he and his family in mind and in our actions to tell Governor Northam and Secretary of the Commonwealth Kelly Thomasson that Dustin’s petition that is being reviewed now or in the process is very worthy of being granted! Thank you!

P.S. I have emailed the Mid Atlantic Innocence Project and they have said his petition is in the queue but has not been evaluated yet.
