Dustin is very grateful and is now filled with hope again, and that's all thanks to each and everyone of you who have signed and shared. The next course of action that may help is to see if we can get the attention of the outgoing Gov. McCauliffe. We can tweet to him or on his twitter page and facebook page. I believe if we respectfully ask him to look into pardoning Dustin before leaving office it may work. I did not include him in the original petition because I did not know if there would be time, and of course didn't know the petition for Dustin's freedom would take off like it has. Also, I stated that the pants the prosecution were going to use to tie him to the robbery were not even worn by anyone present. The more correct way to word it is: the backpack and pants used to tie Dustin to the crime were both debunked because the footage and clerk eyewitness said no one was wearing the pants presented or the backpack presented. Thank you all for your continued support!
