When I started Lutherans Against Critical Theory in response to LRJ’s accusation that the LCMS was a racist institution, and in response to their promise to demolish our systems of racism with DIE officers, committees, and quotas, we worked together to contact each DP.

I also contacted  Southern Wisconsin District President Rev. Dr. John Wille about the crises at a high school in Milwaukee. We were met with silence, even as Atlantic Bishop LeCakes openly promoted LRJ.

But among pastors and the laity? I thank God for the thousands Christians, like Dr. Rev. Gregory Schultz, who recognize and teach that the neoMarxism of Wokesism militates against Christ. I’m also overwhelmed by the love of the 5,404 Christians and lovers of liberty who have signed our petition to restore Dr. Schulz.

But our district presidents quote Luther’s Small Catechism and ignore the large.  They tell us to trust the process but ignore our testimony. They say we should move forward in faith when there is no unity of faith.

What can we do? Somehow, we need to educate our district presidents on the dangers of neoMarxism, insist they tell us where they stand, and encourage faithful leaders to testify in the public square.
