Dear Friends and Colleagues, I regret to inform you that one year since it came to power, the government of Albania has been unable to make any progress worth mentioning towards securing €350 million needed for the construction of the Arbëri Road, inspite of the official line we heard at the beginning of May in Tirana that an agreement with China was imminent.
