Thank you , Michelle for sharing your brief story. I was suspended internally by NSW Health in 2006 on false allegations based on my cooperation with Medicare for attempted fraud. I was reported to the NSW Medical Board which did not take any action apart from trying to impose 'performance conditions' I took them to the Medical Tribunal 27 months later, after I had saved up some money woring overseas. I had lost my reputation overnight together with most of my life savings and had no certificate of good standing. They back off and rescinded all lies they had embedded in my file - protecting the public? NAH.
