Dear Friends, It is now becoming more apparent that many more health practitioners are being unfairly attacked and damaged by the Old Boys' club using AHPRA as a tool. Two eminent practitioners, Prof Paddy Dewan and Dr Richard Emery are amongst many who have had unfair conditions imposed on their registrations. I know that there are many 'silent sufferers' out there - especially amongst nursing staff. These conditions are not easily reviewable or removed and leave a permanent taint of guilt on the person even if they are untrue. It is like what the system did to Lindy Chamberlain. Please make the petition go viral if you are incensed by this. (I am a victim too but I wriggled out of the opportunity for NSW Medical Board to impose conditions by not renewing my registration in 2006). I got back in by reactivating a lapsed registration in WA whilst they openly knew about the NSW malice.
