It would take no more than a few hours of research to verify that this company is using the PayPal platform to scam its buyers. Typically, this deceitful Chinese seller will advertise a high quality product, but send the buyer a much lower quality product with completely different specs / appearance / materials / etc. PayPal has kept them successful with this scam by ruling that buyers need to first return their item for a full refund, and show proof of return. However, return shipping reimbursement is at the discretion of the seller and shipping back to China is expensive. PayPal has a return program that will reimburse the buyer up to $30 for shipping, but in most cases, this is inadequate for shipping to China.
