Demand for Compensation from Norfolk Southern on Local TV Station

Today, the one month anniversary of the colossal community catastrophe imposed upon greater East Palestine, a local TV station (WFMJ) broke the roaring silence of growing demands to have Norfolk Southern purchase property, at pre-disaster value, of all who wish to leave this contaminated area. Also today the first issue of the petition was sent to Alan Shaw, CEO of Norfolk Southern, and Michael Regan, USEPA Administrator.  The "CS Help Desk" of NS responded by assigning our petition case # CS004408767; stating that "resolving your issue...is a top priority for us"; and that "a member of our Customer Support Team will be in touch with you soon".
