Thank you for signing our petition.  We have been recognized and the store manager has installed a metal panel over the unit that was making the most noise.  It is quieter, but we feel it is just a band aid on an old noisy system.  It's kind of frustrating knowing it would be essentially quiet with updated equipment.  It is still running 24/7, they also said they ordered a part that would turn the unit off when it isn't needed, that was over 2 weeks ago, that would also be a plus.  I will send another update if they ever get that part installed, we are still pressing them to do more because we know they can.
