The Bill requires court approval before any entity—like the Lower Merion School District—can seize a property preserved by a conservation easement. This is great news in our fight to protect Stoneleigh: A Natural Garden—and other lands in Pennsylvania protected under conservation easement—from the threat of eminent domain!
