After months of community action, all tents have now been removed from Cascade Gardens. Thank you to everyone who has shared the petition and reported issues to Council. 

Over the last month there has been an increase of people sleeping in vehicles in the front car park. Residents are concerned that this will escalate if it is not dealt with quickly. We do not want a repeat of what happened last year.

Please report vehicles or tents immediately to Councillor Darren Taylor at division10@goldcoast.qld.gov.au or through the City of Gold Coast app.

There has been many improvements in the Park over the last three months and Council have attended to a lot of maintenance. The park is safer and cleaner and we intend to keep it that way.
