From the public's perspective, House appears to have a conflict of interest when it comes to serving the citizen of Pinal County versus one of his campaign donors' utility company: Johnson Utilities. House has private meetings with Johnson Utilities, often goes on dinner dates with George Johnson (owner of Johnson Utilities). In August 2017, House voted to waive $1 million in fines that Johnson Utilities could have paid due to hundreds of violations the company had made between 2015-2017...in which these violations put the public's health and safety at risk.
