I just spoke to Mark Cowling, a reporter from the Florence Reminder! He said he heard about the problem at Johnson Utilities as well as the petition we started! He said that he found the petition on one of your Facebook wall posts! I informed him of the problem all the residents are facing here and that it's been going on for about 3-4 years.
