On 7 July 2022 the new Australia Attorney-General, Mark Dreyfus QC, directed the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions to discontinue the prosecution of Bernard Collaery. This is a long overdue win for justice, truth and the rule of law. Collaery should not have been charged, and Australia should not have spied - for commercial gain - on one of the poorest nations in the world. Thank you, one and all, for your great support.
