What's at Stake

Australia is supposed to be a place where The Rule of Law is in place. There have been various violations of the Constitution which has lead to Parliament being shown to be a farce. If no one is held to account (under the High Court's interpretation of S 44 of the Constitution that Britain is a 'foreign nation') then we live in a joke of a system. If a void, ab initio, (fake) Senator can unlawfully and ultra viresly create a 'Parliamentary Political Party' - when not in Parliament, collect tax payer dollars, and then appoint another person from said fake Party - then there is no Rule of Law; Parliament will be forever tainted with 'pretenders' and Parliamentary decisions will be tainted by illegality - and therefore be unlawful. It is nothing personal against Jacqui Lambie. She is the one who signed falsely (unwittingly or not) that she was not prohibited by S44 of the Constitution from being a Candidate. This petition is not about the High Court's interpretation of whether or not British Citizens and 'foreign citizens', or not; s 34(ii), etc. A particular set of circumstances led to the situation that occurred.
