A Collingwood OPP officer repeatedly ran over a coyote while citizens witnessed it in horror. The animal is screaming in pain and the citizens that video taped it are traumatized. This officer should be held accountable for his actions and charged with animal cruelty. We are asking the Commissioner of the OPP to investigate this incident and deal with the officer accordingly. I will not attach the video as it is extremely graphic and disturbing.
