Sergeant Patrick D Koopman is a sexual predator violating the rights of women through stalking,threatening and violating the rights of women through several threats using his position to threaten and lock up women without an arrest warrant. As Sergeant Patrick Desmond Koopman is a police officer and has to protect the citizens of Namibia he has become a threat to the community and need to be removed with immediate effect from the society and his position as her threaten to use his position to violate the rights of vulnerable women and said at one stage he will resort to killing if necessary. SERGEANT PATRICK D KOOPMAN  IS A SEXUAL Predator and have intentions of doing grievously bodily harm to his victims and have vowed not to stop the victimization of women using several cellphone numbers to call, text asking for sexual advances from women. We are calling for Justice to be served to Sergeant Patrick D Koopman by removing him from the society and suspending him from his duty as an Police officer and launch an in depth investigation into this matter with the urgency it deserves.

Sergeant Patrick D Koopman is a threat to every women out there as multiple women are coming forward with information but are fearing for their lives as Sergeant Patrick D Koopman is protected by his position as a police officer and will stop at nothing to diminish the rights of women through sexual verbal assaults,stalking and threats.
