Thanks to all the signatures we got on this we were able to use that to leverage our way through the SEC. We found out through a LOT of trial and error that the SEC has a proper channel of submitting questions or requests to the SEC. Without using that method, nothing gets seen by the correct departments at the SEC - it is a governmental agency and works much like the DMV! After weeks of phone calls and rewriting the petition, we have submitted it to the SEC for review. Hopefully within the next 7 days or so they will publish it to their website and allow public comments. We will once again be asking you guys to take action by submitting comments in support of our petition for the use of Rule 304a4.
