Morning all!

I know it’s been some time since I updated this but I wanted you to know that I haven’t forgotten it! I have been doing a lot of work behind the scenes, and I have some good news.

It would’ve been Constance Markievicz’s birthday today, so a good time to tell you that English Heritage will be considering my application for a plaque for Constance at the June panel meeting.

The mood music coming out seems to be good, and I think she will likely be approved. It’s a long process between that panel meeting and a plaque installation, though - there are checks on building ownership and a deep dive into the building’s history. But we’re through the first hurdle, and we will probably be approved in June.

I will keep you posted on our progress. Thank you for your support and do please keep sharing this if you can, to show the panel the strength of feeling that there is for Constance.
