Reminder: Parks and Recreation Advisory Board meeting this Thursday, February 11th at 1401 Recreation Way, 80906. The proposed land swap is down on the agenda after presentations on 1) Stratton Open Space Management Plan, and 2) the Pikes Peak 2015 Recap and 2016 Overview. This means that although the meeting starts at 7:30 the proposed land swap will not be presented prior to 9:30 AM at which time the public is allowed to ask questions and comments. You will be asked to sign in with your name and email on a sign in sheet in order to ask questions or make a comment with a time limit of 3 minutes per individual. There will be an overflow room available for people to wait until this item comes up on the agenda. The overflow room will have copies of the same maps etc. that were available at the Bear Creek Meeting. Representatives of the Broadmoor will be present at this Advisory Board meeting to answer any questions. Please plan on attending Thursday's meeting to make your voice heard.
