Colorado State Senators Danielson and Moreno have introduced a bill that would – among other things – require Medicaid caregivers' information to be published publicly or publicly available, including names, wages, addresses, cell phone numbers, and emails! This is a severe privacy violation. It means your information could easily be accessed by spammers, robo‐callers, past personal relationship partners, and criminals for the purposes of identity theft and worse.
