I'm sure most people have heard Tony Abbott's comments over the last day or so, where he stated that living on country, in homeland communities, was a "lifestyle choice" and that he supported the closure of communities in Western Australia. Voices of dissent against these offensive, and highly inappropriate comments and policies need to be heard. I am attempting to get this petition tabled in the federal senate, so let's show Tony Abbott and Colin Barnett just how many of us are against the closure of homeland communities. Thank you
