Dear signatories,
Like I promised I have successfully submitted our case and our petition to Cochran Law Firm Case Manager, who should get back to me this week with his decision.
While I really want to hope and count for the best, I wanted to advise all of you who were kind to help me, to not take a rejection as a defeat, because even if they will decide against taking our case, I can assure you that thanks to a week of effort on my and your behalf, we have very successfully introduced most well-known US law firm to CFS/ME and we have successfully let them know that at least we exist and need help.
So hopefully, when the time will be right, assuming our case gets rejected this time, even aforementioned tiny victory will help us win the war that some of us (myself included) are fighting without a right to lose.
I have also planed the next step in advance, and depending on the decision from Cochran, I will notify you to separately so that you know that your effort was not in vain in any way and that I will not stop until I set a precedent case, like I wanted to for all of us, even if it will be a tiny precedent case.
So please do not feel disappointed or otherwise discouraged by Cochran decision and please know that I will see this through like I promised to all of you.
Sincerely,
Aleksandr Sigalov
