On April 22,2025 RFK Jr has announce that  petroleum-based synthetic dyes will be banned and phased out by the end of 2026 

Dyes such as Red 3 and 40, Green 3, Yellow 5 and 6, Blue 1 and 2 will no longer to used in foods near the end of 2026, pepsiCo had already announced that they would remove. Artificial ingredients from their food items by the end of 2025 in contrast to RFK's policies. 

What must be pushed forward is a HFCS ban, although it may take a while for the band to take effect and products will continue to use them until the year it must be phased out, but companies like PepsiCo or Coca-Cola can switch before such law is in effect

This goes to show you that companies can switch their ingredients to the ones sold in Europe and other countries that have been harmful ingredients 

Now we must get HFCS added to the ingredient bans in order for Pepsi and Coca Cola to phase out HFCS and to switch the ingredients to the ones sold in Europe and abroad
