“PLAN TO BUILD A TRUE ARC”

A Petition for Integrity, Honor, and True Justice in Cobb County

We, the citizens of Cobb County and all supporters of a just nation, present this petition as a solemn reminder of the sacred responsibility held by every member of the Cobb County Justice System. A system built on trust must honor the oath sworn not only before the people—but before God, YahWeh, whose justice operates through the eternal principles of Ma’At: truth, balance, righteousness, and accountability.

This petition exists because the energy, dignity, and divine essence of every citizen—no matter who they are—is meant to be respected, valued, and never abused. When a justice system forgets this, harm is done not only in the physical realm but in all realms and dimensions tied to the nation’s spiritual integrity.

THE CORE ISSUE: JUSTICE CANNOT BE FOR SALE

A system based on “innocent until proven guilty” cannot, in good conscience, require its citizens to pay bond or bail simply to remain free while their innocence is evaluated.

To request money for someone to experience the freedom they are constitutionally owed is an act that mirrors kidnapping, and kidnapping—whether by an individual or an institution—is one of the gravest violations of human rights.

To avoid the possibility of future class action lawsuits, public distrust, and continued community harm, the solution is simple:

Do the right thing. Honor the oath. Protect the people.

A SYSTEM THAT TEACHES NOTHING, HEALS NOTHING

The justice system should not be a maze of silence, confusion, or intimidation.

It should be a place that teaches its citizens the truth:

How the justice system works

What their rights actually are
How to navigate the process with dignity
How to avoid repeating cycles of hardship

Instead of feeding into a never-ending cycle of captivity, our goal must be to heal, to guide, and to strengthen our community.

A NEW MISSION FOR COBB COUNTY

We, the people, declare a new path:

**Transform the “Cobb County Adult Detention Center”

into the “Cobb County Adult Rehabilitation Center.”**

A place where citizens are supported and taught how to rebuild their lives through:

Mental wellness

Physical wellness

Spiritual grounding
Emotional stability
Financial education
Environmental awareness

This is not a dream. This is a duty. A healed people build a healed nation.

UNDER GOD, UNDER TRUTH, UNDER ACCOUNTABILITY

 

This nation claims allegiance to the Christian God, YahWeh, whose justice teams operate through the foundational laws of Ma’At. Under such divine authority, truth is owed to every citizen in every dimension of their existence.

A justice system that hides truth, confuses the public, or prioritizes profit over people breaks this divine contract.

Cobb County must be the example for the entire nation—a model of what justice should look like.
