Uncertainty whether Z-30 will be heard on Tuesday or on November 7 by PC

There is some doubt in Cobb County about whether this zoning case, Z-30 QT is going to be heard on Tuesday Oct 3 or held until Tuesday Nov 7 Planning Commission.  The agenda posted on line says held until Nov 7.  That is the version that went to press. 

Last week, Cobb DOT requested QT to do a more complete analysis on traffic at the proposed location of Canton and Jamerson.  That could take several weeks to be ready.

Here is a YouTube video showing 1 minute and 35 seconds of traffic into and out of a QT on Sandy Plains Rd.  This was shot at 6:40 in the evening, after rush hour.
