This past week, Governor Gary Johnson reached 12% in a Fox News poll, only 3% away from the threshold needed to be in the Presidential debates. Unfortunately, the Commission on Presidential Debates determines eligibility based on performance in five selected polls and many of them still aren't including him or are combining him with other third-party candidates as a generic "other." So although Governor Johnson's are looking better than ever, there is still a long way to go.
