Update!!!! CASE CLOSED!!! Thank you everyone for supporting this Momma!!!!! After a YEAR-a long, emotional, brutally hard year … Gilbert PD has finally closed this case and MCAO has declined to prosecute. Cheyenne has still got to go through family court to regain custody of her little girl… but we are hoping that will be a QUICK and smooth process now that the judge has proof of Cheyenne’s innocence. 
This has been emotionally, physically and financially the hardest year of Cheyenne’s life. My hope is that now, she can start the journey of healing. Thank you to everyone for signing this, sharing on social media, reaching out to the PD, praying and donating. (I am keeping her Go Fund Me page active for now… as she’s still paying a team of attorneys.)
