April 19th 2024,  RCMP responded to a disturbance at Gleichen Family Foods, where an inebriated indigenous woman allegedly threatened physical harm against a local female resident simply attempting to conduct routine grocery shopping.  In a distressing turn of events, this same female faced verbal sexual harassment from a male brandishing a knife. 

Two concerned citizens notified the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), and the authorities arrived on the scene within minutes.
