We, the undersigned, call for urgent and united action following the heartbreaking killing of Raha Sheikhi, a 4-year-old girl who was shot dead by forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) at a control station in Iran. Her name means FREEDOM and her death, along with the deaths of multiple other family members, marks yet another horrific chapter in the Islamic Republic’s war on its own people.

Raha’s life was filled with innocence, joy, and possibility — stolen in a moment by those who claim to protect the nation. She was not a threat. She was not a protester. She was a child in a car with her family.

This regime’s brutality is not new. But its crimes are growing bolder. From mass arrests and executions to violent crackdowns on women, minorities, and children, the Islamic Republic has shown that it will stop at nothing to maintain control — even if it means turning its guns on toddlers.

We ask for the following:

• Immediate international recognition of this crime as part of a broader pattern of regime brutality.
• Support from Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi to amplify Raha’s story and unite the Iranian diaspora in seeking justice.
• Official condemnation and coordinated action by European and American human rights organizations to pressure governments to hold the regime accountable.
• Targeted legal action against regime leaders and security commanders responsible for civilian killings.
• Public calls for Ali Khamenei to be held personally accountable for the bloodshed under his rule, including the murder of innocent children like Raha.

We must not let this be another forgotten headline. Raha’s name must be remembered. Her death must mark a turning point — not just in grief, but in resistance and justice.

Every signature on this petition is a voice refusing to accept silence. We stand with Raha’s family. We stand with every innocent life lost. We demand that Khamenei and his regime be made to answer for their crimes.
