Ontario is reporting 400 new cases daily and most schools have seen students and teachers infected. Keeping the schools closed is the bottom line. One single infected student endangers all the students, teachers, and families in that school. Students are bound to socialize and ignore social distancing rules unless strict measures are implemented accordingly.
