A theatre with seating for 150 - 200 people

A Community Cafe/ Kitchen dedicated to promoting sustainable, local, seasonal, and organic food cultivation and consumption.
 
A  Theatre for Food - purpose built Kitchen/Demonstration platform; in which local and visiting chefs may host cooking classes, demos, workshops and pop-up restaurants/events
 
Affordable artists’ studios including facilities for mixed media and audio artists/musicians/composers. 
 
Sprung wooden dance-floor/performance/class/rehearsal room. 
 
Geata Arts workshop/studio
 
Community Tool Library and workspace
 
A fully equipped learning bicycle repair shop
 
Artists residency programme.
