"October 1st 2019 marks the beginning of my 7th year in prison. Though I can still imagine, I believe I have forgotten what freedom actually feels like.
Living in my own space, choosing who to be with, where to go, and living into a future of possibilities and growth; these have become foreign to me. I know I’ll never commit another crime and risk coming back here.
I’ve already lose some of my best years. What will keeping me here another year accomplish?
What will it cost? And what opportunities are being missed? Regardless, here comes #7."

It is hard to believe Ross has been imprisoned for this long.
Ross says that when he looks back on the other phases of his life it is a rich tapestry of experience and growth. But this long stretch is just gray nothingness. It is truly a walking death.
Despite this, Ross has used these prison years constructively and to help others. He has tutored, taught classes and supported fellow prisoners in many ways.
We remain hopeful that Ross will be given a second chance to contribute to society. Please help us by signing and sharing his petition for clemency.
