Since I last posted they did not let him see his son one last time. And a case manager posted his personal business on social media and we filed for a investigation but nothing happened to her. Our family is angry they sweep that under the rug but we wont give up. Since then which was January, February they only gave him 3 companion visits which was there way to compensate for the foolery they put him through. Today we still heard nothing from supreme court about his case nor a new court date. There is no reason he needs to do the rest of his time which is 9 years. He has done a solid 20 and have been on good behavior for at least 10 years and nothing change. We just want a chance to be seen in court and be heard. This is a juvenile case, hes 37 this year.
