The petition will be given 15 minutes of debate at a meeting of the Full Council on the 30th of January at 4.30.

It is progress. How much can be done in 15 minutes? I guess saying sorry properly is less than a minute.

That leaves 14 minutes for what happened as a lesson for what can be done together for 

Clean Air and Clean Streets
