One community plan ignored, as it doesn't fit with local politics, will guarantee more money for every charity in Brighton and Hove 

It will also reduce air pollution 

It will create relevant employment 

It will help vulnerable school age children 

Why over-looked in the past ? Why is the whole net zero or circular economy projects locked into party political groups.
