Ok, so we're not doing a walkout, because that would disrupt class, but at 10:00am, the TVs will turn on and we'll give a speech and say some stuff. Then 10 seconds of silence will follow for each of the 13 killed in Columbine. That's it for now, but I was hoping we could extend it to 19 seconds for each victim because April 20, 2018 is the 19th anniversary of the Columbine shooting. I was also thinking that we could all wear orange to stand up against gun violence, and submit your own personal comments and messages of what you want our elected officials to do better to our legislators.
