Recently killed family dog Magoo was found skinned at family home, inside their.own fenced yard.  When  the Clark County Deputys office was notified of the crime it is reported their response as being " there is nothing they can do because the victim isn't human."

Although reseach has shown that crimes of this type are common percursors of serial killers they continues to be ignored by law enforcement until the crime has esculated to the victim being human beings. 

What we can do is be heard now! Not wait until the victim is a person we know and law enforcement is knocking on our door. Its time to knock we on theirs!
