NHS staff are disappointed, tired and angered by the Government's offer of a 1% pay rise for healthcare workers in the Budget.

NHS workers in the UK have suffered real terms pay cuts of up to 30% since 2010. We know colleagues who are turning to food banks to get by.

Along with other healthcare groups, we demand at least a 15% pay rise for all healthcare workers. We need MPs in Parliament to back this call before the Government makes a decision on NHS pay in late spring.
