We, the undersigned, are in complete support of the rezoning efforts put forth in this bill and urge the council to provide their approval. Charlotte has not become one of the fastest growing cities in the US by staying stagnant to growth. Businesses such as Topgolf will create 500 additional well needed jobs which will bring increased revenue to the city. This effort would increase property value in the area as well as continue to attract residents who would certainly enjoy the family atmosphere. Topgolf has made golf accessible to all ages and skill levels, eliminating some of the traditional barriers to entry for the game. The potential for this development effort is extremely high and the city of Charlotte should recognized this and provide their approval and support for the project.
