Update: Justice for Lladk

On January 15, 2021 Judge Marco A. Hernandez ordered an injunction filed by attorney Adam Karp stopping Clackamas County, Oregon from its order to kill Lladk, the emotional support animal belonging to the Kollenburn family.   A Preliminary Injunction Hearing set for 2/5/2021 at 10:00AM in Portland by video conference before Judge Marco A. Hernandez was held today. Federal  Judge Hernandez has taken the case under advisement and will likely rule next week.
