Spicejet stealing customer's valuables

I would like to share a most unreasonable mishappenning happened to me while travelling in SPICEJET Flight.

 I Ritu Agarwal along with my husband Pravin Agarwal & Son Rishit was traveling from Jaipur to Ahmedabad on 20th Feb 2018 from flight no. 226, after attending a marriage ceremony at Jaipur.

In one of my checkin baggage I left one pouch containing my Gold ornaments.(Jwellery). And to my horror, when i landed on Ahmedabad airport my baggage side chains were open & a pouch containing jwellery was missing. Immedaitely I contacted the concerned ground executives of Spicejet & Spicejet officer there, they were least concern about the loss and informed that spicejet is not taking any responsibility of the same & infact have started blaming me that I am intensely doing this.

On the same Day 20th Feb 2018, we had filed a complain to Airport Terminal Manager, regarding the same. Also on his suggestion we have also Filed a complain to Director of Airport Authority, Ahmedabad & also mailed a complain to Director of Airport Authority at mail ID apdjpr@aai.aero. But yet not taken any action.

This is to inform that Spicejet is taking customers for granted and stealing valubles from their checkin baggages.

The passenger has been mentally tortured and humiliated. As the pouch contains my hard earned valubles gold jwellery worth 3-4lakhs which for a middle class person like me cannot afford the loss.

I am really worried about my hard earned Jwellery Pouch which contains a GoldChain, Gold Bracelet & a diamond set. which is STOLEN by spicejet.

A complain is also registered with SPICEJET, but the customer service has reached to abyssmal low & slow as there is no calls informing customer for the curent status. Spicejet is responsible for the trauma, humiliation and agony caused to me.  I am really feeling helpless and every time i contact them they update me that the investigation is in progress & that too only when we call them. 

To further On 24th Feb 2018 my Husband Pravin P. Agarwal went back to Jaipur to file a FIR against SPICEJET. Also went to Airport and communicated with the security incharge SPICEJET. But not been provided with a satisfied reply. As such the culprit is freely enjoying the loot and the bechara customer is keeping on searching ways to get back his valuables. 

I want peoples help in cracking the malpractices Spicejet executives is getting involved by stealing the valubles .

Also, i would like to bring to your and government notice that why only flight fares are rising constantly and why not the security of the lauages

Please request you take this points to highest possible level to ease the life of passengers which are unnecessarily being torture by airlines.

I request all my fellow friends to share this incident at maximum so that it could reach to the highest people & such malpractices by such professional Airlines can be stopped.
