Someone erected a giant Hollywood-esque "Garbage Hill" sign on the hill at Westview Park. The City took the sign down as it did not have proper processes completed to safely be on the Westview Park hill. Mayor Brian Bowman has tweeted out his desire to see the Garbage Hill sign rise again. Let us use this petition as a way to show support to encourage the city to bring it back. Maybe even bigger and better than before... Lights and stuff!!! Winnipeg is good and "Garbage Hill" is fun.
