13th Street between Perry and Woodrow is a death trap for our residents, our children and our visitors to our neighborhood. That needs to change NOW before anyone else dies due to unsafe traffic conditions. This petition is in honor of the man I assisted at Woodrow and 13th last summer who was fatally injured as he drove home to his Riverside family. For Kit Sanchez, for other Riverside neighbors who have been injured, and for anyone else who has been impacted by the dangerous conditions on this stretch of our road.
