A hole in the roof - and closed treadmills

This morning, a section of the Fitness Centre at Crystal Pool was closed. It was closed due to neglect and delays by the City of Victoria. 

There is a hole in the roof - it’s not new. And when it rains, that hole let’s water into the facility. This morning it spread under the treadmills creating an unsafe situation. 

It’s time to stop talking about a new facility and start building one.
