July Rezonings - Public Hearings: The City is taking advantage of the COVID restrictions to push through many controversial issues in the month of July that impact character house retention. Please take action.
1. New Petition on City-wide Rezonings covers policies that includes rezonings that impact heritage and character houses. Please sign petition HERE and share.
2. Missing Middle Pilot Motion - July 7 Council meeting for larger MIRHPPs & broad spot rezonings in RS/RT zones. This pre-empts the Vancouver Plan and neighbourhood-based planning. Please send emails to Council to opposed this motion, even if it is only one line. See Motion HERE.
