There is a report going to council tomorrow that is critical. It only was posted to the City's website late last week and has taken a while to go through it.

The main concern is that it declares that the actions to retain character houses in RS zones is complete, when clearly it has not been successful in avoiding all the demolitions of liveable homes.

Please send a message to Council to implement "Action 6: Amend RS District Schedules Using RT 3/6/8 District Schedules to Encourage Heritage Retention". This work is not complete and should be considered through the Citywide Plan.
