I suggest approaching your condo manager!

Mr. Robert Ursini at City Planning advised this week:

“Toronto East York Community Council moved the recommendations in that report and held a community consultation meeting on this application on November 23, 2020. The notice was given to all landowners within an expanded notice area of 240 metres. There were approximately 30  members of the public that joined.”

I approached my condo manager because neither condo owners nor residents were notified regarding this meeting that happened on November 23, 2020. My condo manager denied receiving any communication from the City and wrote:

“I can guarantee you that I did not receive the notice from the CITY”

In summary, I am a resident within 240 metres from the application site that was unaware of the public meeting that happened back in November 2020.
