There is a possible land consolidation and major density increase (over 150 homes!) in an area that has no precedence or similar neighbourhood characteristics in the area.

There are large, mature trees on this land consolidation that could be cut down to replace 13 homes with 153 homes.

In the meantime, there is already pre-approved densification East of 148th Street and the entire corridor down to Highway 99. There are lots of neighbourhoods and developments happening there and we can understand the need for densification in that area where it has already been approved.

This development does not make any sense for this neighbourhood - there is nothing even remotely close to the look and feel of this density.
