Dear Supporters,
There are five days left until the first council meeting on the proposed Easton Farm development plan and associated rezoning. This is the home stretch - we need your support and involvement now more than ever! Please make every effort to show up.

The official meeting is on August 19th @ 7:00 at the city building. There is a city council work session at 6:00 on the same topics that residents are also able to attend. The posted agenda (link below) states there will only be 15 minutes for residents on each side of the issue to speak, for a total of 30 minutes of guest comments. I'm not sure if this is a strict limit, but please come with words in mind if you do have the opportunity to speak. A few key speakers have been preparing to best represent the key points in hopes of making the best use of this limited amount of time. Please come and show your support. Showing up and representing at the meeting is very important.

The potential speaking limitations makes it all the more critical to voice your opinion ahead of time via email. If you haven't yet emailed city council (council@cityofspringboro.com) please do so as soon as possible! This is the most important action you can take.
